About This Product

Our 100% Grass Fed Beef Liver is nutrient-dense and packed with essential vitamins and minerals, including iron, vitamin A, and B vitamins. Raised on open pastures and never given hormones or antibiotics, this liver delivers clean, natural flavour with superior quality you can trust. Whether pan-seared, sautéed with onions, or added to traditional recipes, it offers both incredible nutrition and rich taste.

How to Cook It

  1. Soak in milk for 30 minutes if you prefer a milder flavour, then pat dry.
  2. Dredge lightly in flour and season.
  3. Pan-sear in butter over medium-high heat, 2–3 minutes per side — liver toughens quickly if overcooked.

Chef's Tip

Liver is best served just past medium — a couple of minutes too long and it turns tough and chalky.
