Braised Beef Short Rib — Reheating Guide

About This Product

Our Braised Beef Short Ribs with Mashed Potatoes and Demi-Glace is a classic comfort dish made with premium beef and traditional cooking techniques. Each portion features tender beef short ribs that are slow-braised until perfectly soft and fall-apart tender, allowing the rich beef flavour to fully develop.

How to Reheat It

  1. Thaw in the refrigerator if frozen — never at room temperature.
  2. Cover and reheat in a 160°C/325°F oven until heated through, about 25–30 minutes depending on portion size, or reheat gently on the stovetop with a splash of the braising liquid or stock to keep it moist, about 8–10 minutes.
  3. A microwave works for single portions — cover and heat in short bursts, stirring partway through.

Safe Reheating Temperature

What Internal Temp
Pre-cooked/prepared foods 74°C / 165°F

Chef's Tip

A splash of the braising liquid or stock while reheating keeps the short rib moist and helps it stay fall-apart tender.
