How to Reheat It
- Thaw in the refrigerator if frozen — never at room temperature.
- Cover and reheat in a 160°C/325°F oven until heated through, about 15–20 minutes depending on portion size, or reheat gently on the stovetop over medium heat, stirring occasionally, about 5–8 minutes.
- A microwave works for single portions — cover and stir partway through for even heating.
Safe Reheating Temperature
| What | Internal Temp |

Chef's Tip
Reheat only the portion you plan to eat — repeated reheating increases food-safety risk and dries the dish out.
