HQ's Chicken Stir Fry — Reheating Guide

About This Product

Sliced chicken breast marinated in a Thai sauce made from scratch, then mixed with freshly chopped veggies for an easy yet delicious meal. (Contains sesame oil.)

How to Reheat It

  1. Thaw in the refrigerator if frozen — never at room temperature.
  2. Cover and reheat in a 160°C/325°F oven until heated through, about 15–20 minutes depending on portion size, or reheat gently on the stovetop over medium heat, stirring occasionally, about 5–7 minutes — the thin-sliced meat and veggies heat quickly, so watch closely to avoid overcooking.
  3. A microwave works for single portions — cover and stir partway through for even heating.

Safe Reheating Temperature

What Internal Temp
Pre-cooked/prepared foods 74°C / 165°F

Reheat leftovers and prepared foods to at least 74°C/165°F throughout, checked with a digital thermometer. Only reheat once. (Source: Health Canada safe cooking temperature guidelines.)

Chef's Tip

Reheat only the portion you plan to eat — repeated reheating increases food-safety risk and dries the dish out.
