How to Reheat It

  1. Thaw in the refrigerator if frozen — never at room temperature.
  2. Oven method: preheat to 200°C/400°F, spread the wings in a single layer on a wire rack set over a baking tray (if you have one), and heat uncovered for 10–15 minutes until hot through and crisp again.
  3. Air fryer method: 180°C/350°F for 5–8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  4. Do not microwave or cover the wings — trapped steam will ruin the crunch.

Chef's Tip

Reheat only the portion you plan to eat — repeated reheating increases food-safety risk and dries the dish out.
