Farm Fresh Pasture raised Cow's Nest Eggs — Cooking Guide

About This Product

Our Farm Fresh Cow’s Nest Eggs come from pasture-raised hens, producing rich yolks and a natural flavour that store-bought eggs can’t match. Packed with nutrition and perfect for any recipe, they bring wholesome quality straight from the farm to your table.

How to Cook It

  1. For soft/hard boiled: lower eggs into simmering water and cook 6–7 minutes (soft) or 10–12 minutes (hard), then transfer to an ice bath.
  2. For fried or scrambled: cook over medium heat in butter until the whites and yolks are fully set (or to your preference for yolk doneness, if the eggs are fresh and properly refrigerated).

Safety Note

If eggs are being used in a dish (quiche, baking, casseroles), cook the finished dish to 74°C/165°F. (Source: Health Canada safe cooking temperature guidelines.)

Chef's Tip

Farm-fresh eggs can be trickier to peel when hard-boiled — eggs a few days old peel more easily than very fresh ones.
