HQ's wagyu Brisket Sandwiches — Reheating Guide

About This Product

USDA Prime smoked brisket on a fresh Italian bun made from scratch, covered with provolone cheese, our house coleslaw, and topped with homemade spicy chipotle mayo.

How to Reheat It

  1. Thaw in the refrigerator if frozen — never at room temperature.
  2. Reheat the brisket portion gently — covered, in a 160°C/325°F oven, or in a covered pan on the stovetop with a splash of liquid to keep it moist — until hot throughout.
  3. Toast the bun separately.
  4. Assemble with the cold toppings — slaw and chipotle mayo — added fresh; don't reheat these.

Safe Reheating Temperature

What Internal Temp
Pre-cooked/prepared foods 74°C / 165°F

Chef's Tip

Keep the bun separate until serving — toasting it fresh keeps it from turning soggy from the warm brisket and cold toppings.
