About This Product

Our Jerk Thighs are bone-in chicken thighs marinated in a bold, spiced jerk seasoning.

How to Cook It

Grilling (Recommended)

  1. Remove from the fridge 20–30 minutes before cooking.
  2. Grill over medium heat, turning occasionally, until the skin is charred and the internal temperature reaches 74°C/165°F at the thickest part (avoiding the bone).

Oven Roasting

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F. Place on a lined tray.
  2. Roast 35–45 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 74°C/165°F.

Chicken/poultry pieces 74°C / 165°F

Chef's Tip

Let the marinade do its job — don't rush the cook with high heat, or the outside will char before the inside is done.
