About This Product
Our Linton Pasture Pork Smoked Glazed Ham is crafted using premium heritage pork and a traditional curing process that delivers incredible flavour and tenderness. Slow smoked to perfection, finished with a subtle sweet glaze.
How to Reheat It
- Thaw in the refrigerator if frozen — never at room temperature.
- Cover tightly with foil and reheat in a 160°C/325°F oven until heated through, about 20–30 minutes for sliced portions (45–60 minutes for a larger half or whole ham) — baste with the glaze partway through if desired.
- A microwave works for single portions — cover and stir partway through for even heating.
Safe Reheating Temperature
| What | Internal Temp |
|---|---|
| Pre-cooked/prepared foods | 74°C / 165°F |
Reheat leftovers and prepared foods to at least 74°C/165°F throughout, checked with a digital thermometer. Only reheat once. (Source: Health Canada safe cooking temperature guidelines.)
Chef's Tip
Reheat only the portion you plan to eat — repeated reheating increases food-safety risk and dries the dish out.
