Organic Chicken Bones — Cooking Guide

About This Product

Organic chicken bones and carcass trim — perfect for stock, bone broth, or slow-simmered soups.

How to Use It

  1. For stock or broth: roast bones at 200°C/400°F for 30 minutes, then simmer with vegetables and aromatics for 4–8 hours.
  2. For marrow: roast at 220°C/425°F for 20–25 minutes until the marrow is soft, then scoop and spread on toast with a pinch of salt.

Safety Note

Bring any stock or broth made from bones to a rolling boil before simmering, and store leftovers promptly in the fridge.

Chef's Tip

Ask us to cut marrow bones lengthwise if you'd like easier access to the marrow.
