About This Product

Experience exceptional flavour with our Linton Pasture Pork Rib Roast, a premium heritage pork cut prized for its rich marbling, tenderness, and deep pork flavour. Cut from the same tender section of the pork loin as our rib chops, this bone-in roast delivers a juicy, steak-like texture.

  3. Finish in a 180°C/350°F oven if the cut is thick, checking with a meat thermometer.
  4. Rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.

Chef's Tip

A brief brine or dry rub 30 minutes ahead makes a noticeable difference on leaner pork cuts.
