About This Product

Tender and lean, our pork tenderloin is perfect for roasting, grilling, or pan-searing. Known for its mild flavour and juicy texture, it makes an excellent centrepiece for weeknight dinners or special occasions.

How to Cook It

  1. Remove from the fridge 30–40 minutes before cooking; pat dry and season.
  2. Sear in a hot, oiled pan or on the grill 3–4 minutes per side until well browned.
  3. Finish in a 180°C/350°F oven if the cut is thick, checking with a meat thermometer.
  4. Rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.

Chef's Tip
