Tender and lean, our pork tenderloin is perfect for roasting, grilling, or pan-searing. Known for its mild flavour and juicy texture, it makes an excellent centrepiece for weeknight dinners or special occasions.
How to Cook It
- Remove from the fridge 30–40 minutes before cooking; pat dry and season.
- Sear in a hot, oiled pan or on the grill 3–4 minutes per side until well browned.
- Finish in a 180°C/350°F oven if the cut is thick, checking with a meat thermometer.
- Rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.
