Sous vide beef ribs — Reheating Guide

About This Product

Our prime beef back ribs are a true masterpiece — membrane removed and slow-cooked sous vide for 18 hours to achieve unmatched tenderness. Finished with a rich jus BBQ sauce glaze, these ribs are juicy, flavourful, and fall-off-the-bone delicious. This product is fully pre-cooked — it just needs to be reheated.

How to Reheat It

  1. Thaw in the refrigerator if frozen — never at room temperature.
  2. Cover tightly with foil and reheat in a 160°C/325°F oven until heated through, about 20–30 minutes depending on portion size.
  3. Uncover for the last 5–10 minutes and baste with the BBQ glaze if desired, to re-crisp the surface.
  4. A microwave works for single portions — cover and heat in short bursts to avoid drying it out.

Chef's Tip

Keep it covered while reheating — these ribs are already fall-off-the-bone tender, so gentle, low heat is all they need to avoid drying out.
