Stuffing — Reheating Guide

About This Product

A timeless comfort side, our Stuffing is baked to perfection with a golden, savoury finish. Made with a blend of seasoned bread, herbs, and spices, it’s rich in flavour and pairs beautifully with turkey, chicken, or any roasted meat. Whether for a festive holiday table or a cozy weeknight dinner, this ready-to-heat stuffing makes every meal feel special.

How to Reheat It

  1. Thaw in the refrigerator if frozen — never at room temperature.
  2. Cover with foil and reheat in a 160°C/325°F oven until heated through, about 25–30 minutes depending on portion size. Uncover for the last 5–10 minutes if you'd like the top to re-crisp.
  3. A microwave works for single portions — cover and stir partway through for even heating.

Safe Reheating Temperature

What Internal Temp
Pre-cooked/prepared foods 74°C / 165°F

Reheat leftovers and prepared foods to at least 74°C/165°F throughout, checked with a digital thermometer. Only reheat once. (Source: Health Canada safe cooking temperature guidelines.)

Chef's Tip

Reheat only the portion you plan to eat — repeated reheating increases food-safety risk and dries the dish out.
