Cut from the most tender section of the pork loin, these Linton Pasture pork rib chops are prized for their rich marbling, tenderness, and deep pork flavour, delivering a juicy, steak-like texture. Raised with care on small family farms, this heritage pork is more flavourful, tender, and consistent than conventional supermarket pork. These thick-cut chops develop a beautiful caramelized crust while remaining incredibly juicy inside.
