Our Mangalitsa Pork Sausage is ground and stuffed in our shop from purebred Mangalitsa, the Hungarian heritage "wooly pig". Its soft, creamy fat gives a juicier, richer sausage than any commercial pork can.

Harold's cooking notes: cook gently over medium heat, turning often, to 160°F inside. Don't prick the casing: that's where the juice is.
