Made in-house by the butchers at HQ Meats, these sausages capture the traditional flavours of porchetta in a juicy, perfectly balanced sausage.
A blend of rosemary, garlic, and aromatic herbs delivers the signature Italian flavour, while fresh lemon zest adds a clean citrus note that cuts through the richness of the pork. The result is a sausage that is incredibly juicy, fragrant, and perfect for grilling, pan-searing, or roasting.
