Is your meat tax-free?

Non-processed items — raw cuts, ground meat, whole birds, and bones — are tax-exempt under Ontario tax rules. Processed and prepared items such as sausages, burgers, smoked or marinated products, and ready-to-eat meals include applicable tax.

Where does your meat come from?

Our beef is USDA Prime and Alberta AAA from top-tier North American herds, alongside authentic Japanese A5 Wagyu and Kobe beef. Our pork comes from Linton Pasture, a family-run, farrow-to-finish farm in Walton, Ontario raising heritage hogs on pasture since 2010.
