Cut from the rib section of the loin, these premium bone-in Linton Pasture pork ribeye chops are thick, steak-like, and prized for their exceptional tenderness and natural marbling. Raised on small family farms with a focus on quality and animal welfare, this heritage pork is noticeably more tender and flavourful than conventional pork. The marbling renders during cooking, creating a beautifully caramelized crust while keeping the chop incredibly juicy.
