What size do I need? Plan on one rib per person for a bone-in pork rib roast, about 1 lb per person. We french and tie it to order.

Experience exceptional flavour with our Linton Pasture Pork Rib Roast, a premium heritage pork cut prized for its rich marbling, tenderness, and deep pork flavour. Cut from the same tender section of the pork loin as our rib chops, this bone-in roast delivers a juicy, steak-like texture perfect for the centre of the table.

Raised with care on small family farms, Linton Pasture pork is known for its superior quality, natural diet, and responsible farming practices — more flavourful, tender, and consistent than conventional supermarket pork.

Perfect for roasting whole, developing a beautiful caramelized crust while staying incredibly juicy inside.
