The T-Bone steak is the perfect balance of the fillet mignon and the new york striploin. The USDA Prime T-bone has very different components then what you get with standard beef. Aged approximately  60-90 days our Prime T-bones are so tender you can cut it with a fork, and perfectly buttery from the corn-finished beef while still retaining the robust beef flavour due to the aging process.
