This is the best non wagyu steak that exists. Simply put, it does it all. The steak is soft like butter melting in your mouth with each bite, however, uphold similar principles of steak. A slight chew to extract the jus and beef flavour while still being rich and creamy without being overbear in larger portions like wagyu. Large Spanalis Dorsi, the best part of the Ribeye, truly is the perfect ribeye.
