HQ's House Turkey Gravy

Made in house from our own roasting trim — simmered down slowly with aromatics until it has real body. No powders, no packets, no fillers. The way gravy is supposed to be made.

Arrives chilled and ready to reheat. Warm it gently in a pan for five minutes, whisking, and adjust with a splash of stock if you want it looser.

500ml serves 4–6 · 1L serves 8–12

Good with turkey, chicken, or any roast on the table. Made in small batches — once the batch is gone for the week, it's gone.
