The Perfect Roast Promise: follow the timeline card, and if your ham doesn't come out right, tell us within 48 hours and we'll replace it or credit your next order.

What size do I need? Plan on about ½ lb per person for bone-in ham, plus a little extra if you want sandwiches the next day.

Our Linton Pasture Pork Smoked Glazed Ham is crafted using premium heritage pork and a traditional curing process that delivers incredible flavour and tenderness. Each ham begins with Linton Pasture pork, raised with care on small family farms known for producing richly flavoured, high-quality pork.

To develop its signature taste and texture, the ham is carefully brined for two weeks, allowing the seasoning to fully penetrate the meat while naturally tenderizing it. After curing, the ham is slow smoked to perfection, creating a deep, savoury flavour and a beautifully balanced smokiness. The finishing glaze adds a subtle sweetness that complements the rich pork and smoky aroma.
